⚠️ Troubleshooting: Common Pairing Issues

Use this section if the app isn’t letting you continue, or something doesn’t look right during setup.

🔸 Can’t press “Next” on the [Start pairing] page?

👉 Bluetooth on your phone must be enabled first.

Once enabled, tap Refresh — the Next button will become available.

🔸 No Wi-Fi name (SSID) appears when entering your password?

👉 Make sure your phone is connected only to your Wi-Fi — not to mobile data or 5G.

🔸 Wi-Fi name shows as <Unknown SSID>?

👉 You need to enable location permission for the Sproushi app.

This allows the app to detect and display your Wi-Fi network name correctly.

🔸 Error: “Device is already registered”

👉 This means pairing was interrupted while passing Wi-Fi credentials.
