Don’t see any humidity clouds or only weak ones?
Try the following:

- Take out the humidifier
- Pull out the black cylinder to reveal the white cotton wick

⚠️
Important: check if there's a tiny spring inside the black cylinder tube.
If not, the original wick in your Sproushi will not work as it doesn’t touch the humidifier
There are two ways to resolve this:
- Find a small spring to replace the old one (the one found inside a pen works great)
- Order new mushroom capsules from our website: https://www.sproushi.com/collections/mushrooms
These will ship with our new cotton wick that does not require the spring anymore!

- Take out the cotton wick and flip it:
The wet bottom side of the wick is now directly touching the humidifier and should make it start easier
- Put everything back in place and try again!
- If the above doesn't work, try again with the spare humidifier in your accessoires box
Still doesn’t work? Check if the humidifier is powered correctly
- Place your Sproushi in a relatively dark room and make sure it is actively running a grow program
- Remove the enclosures so that the humidifier will be triggered
- You might need to wait for a few seconds to a minute
There should be a light coming from underneath your Sproushi that intermittently turns on and off

🔵 See a blue light?
Good news, your Sproushi is working fine and is powering on your humidifier.
The bad news is that your humidifier is not functioning properly.
