If your Sproushi isn’t turning on, try this trick — it works 99% of the time:

🧲 Quick power plug fix:

Press the magnetic plug in firmly while gently twisting it. This clears out any silicon residue and improves contact.

⚙️ Did not work? Continue with the advanced fix:

🪛 Unscrew the 8 screws in the black bottom enclosure (6 long screws and 2 short screws)

Check to see whether the power cable looks exactly as pictured below

⬛ If there is a rim of black plastic visible that covers part of the metal, it will block a full connection with the power adapter.

🔪 Use a utility knife/box cutter/stanley knife to scrape the black plastic away until the metal is fully exposed
