This is often caused by:

1. ❌ Fan not spinning → No airflow → Water buildup

   Hold you hand against the air vent inside Sproushi. Do you feel a gentle airflow? Good. If not, check the following:

   • Is your device on firmware 2.2x or higher? There are known issues with lower versions and the fan not working when a grow program is started from the app.

   • Have the correct firmware but fan is still not working? Use this guide to troubleshoot further:

2. ❌ Enclosure isn’t sealed tight to the Sproushi arch

   Only a 2mm gap max should be visible. If magnets aren’t pulling the enclosure tight, try:

   • Gently repositioning the enclosure so that the bottom aligns better with the arch of Sproushi
