🕛 Sproushi will update the photo displayed in the mobile app once per day.
🕐 However, Sproushi's camera takes a picture once every hour.
🔄️ To show the latest picture taken, simply press the SYNC button and it should show up within 30 seconds.

If you go to 📄 Explore page in the app > Timelapse > Your Sproushi, you should see all photos taken with your Sproushi and the ability to create a timelapse video.

Most often this is because your Sproushi is not properly connected to the internet.
Please check the following:
Tap the top area of Sproushi’s touch screen. The firmware version will appear as "2.2x" or a similar number. Is it 2.16? Then your Sproushi has never been connected to internet. Please use the following guide:
Sproushi not connecting to wifi/app
If it is at a higher version than 2.16, continue with the next step.
Check whether your camera is properly connected using the following guide: 📷 Troubleshoot your Sproushi Camera
If that didn’t fix it then the guide will forward you to a replacement request for your Sproushi. We will make sure you get a functioning unit so you can start growing mushrooms in no time 🍄
